Registered Agent Service

Under state law, every business entity is required to have a statutory registered agent located in the state of incorporation and in all states where the company is registered to transact business. The role of the statutory registered agent is to receive legal papers, called service of process, and government notices on behalf of the company in that jurisdiction and the forwarding of those documents on to the company contact for handling.
